Nokia X6 handsfree problem

Fault description:
Nokia X6 sometime have handsfree problem. So we can’t use earphone and sometime mobile shows handsfree logo on screen permanently. We got this error due to some setting mismatch and sometime due to hardware problems.

Fault solution:
For solving this problem we have to first check setting for quick solution. So apply these steps:
1.      Go to setting and select profile management there selects normal profile and check result
2.      Then got to setting of enhancement in enhancement mode select headset mode.
3.      Now first open mobile and change handsfree jack and check problem
4.      If problem still remains after changing handsfree jack then we have to use jumper for sound IC.
5.      First remove sound ic Z2010 as shown in image below carefully



6.       After removing IC we have to make jumper on all IC point as shown in image with blue mark.
7.       Middle point should be blank with no connection.
8.       After applying these jumpers we will solve our problem defiantly.
Conclusion:
 During IC removing process heat and air setting in heat gun should be in proper setting otherwise IC’s internal print will be damage.

Nokia N8 camera problem

Fault description:
Nokia n8 is latest mobile but some time mobile camera starts stop working. So we can’t capture image and record video. When we open camera it will shows camera failure or hardware failure restart camera message.  This problem appears due to sometime software reason or some time hardware problem. So here we consider both methods one by one.

Fault solution:
For this problem solution we have to use following methods:
1.       First we apply software methods
2.       Open camera and press option an open camera setting then press restores camera setting then mobile camera setting will restore to its factory condition then check camera. 
3.       If no luck then open mobile and first we should change camera switch and check for solution.
4.       After changing camera switch check line from all camera point to camera resistance as following  image:



5.       First connect point 1 and 2 as shown in image and then apply jumper from first point to camera resistance as shown with blue mark.
6.        Then connect point 3 and 4 together and apply jumper from point 3 to other resistance as shown in image with red mark.
7.       Finally connect point 5 and 6 and make them ground as shown with black mark in image.
8.       After these entire three jumpers camera will work defiantly.
  
Conclusion:
First we should check all basic settings because if we apply jumper first without setting testing then this may result in wrong output.

Nokia C1 display light problem

Fault description:
Nokia model C1 sometime had a strange problem that we can’t see display back light on LCD. This problem occurs due to problem in LCD or sometime in LCD IC and track missing from display transistor to LCD connector. 

Fault solution:

For quick solution of this problem we have to use following methods:
1.       First try to restore mobile factory setting using code *#7780# then mobile will
Restore in its factory value because sometime due to some setting mismatch we got this error.
2.       Secondly we have to use hardware methods so use next step.
3.       Open mobile and apply new lcd to mobile and check for solution 
4.       If no solution then we have to use jumper from lcd track first to a point on back side of pcb because that first connector receive current from that point and due to some internal crack in track print line miss there so apply following jumper there.

These methods will solve our problem and we will get our solution.

Conclusion:
During jumper setting process we should take care that jumper wire should not touch any component or not grounded.

BlackBerry 9300 display problem

Fault description:
Blackberry 9300 sometime had a strange problem that we can’t see display light on LCD. This problem occurs due to problem in LCD or sometime in LCD IC and track missing from display transistor to LCD connector. 

Fault solution:
For this problem we have to use hardware methods for quick solution. So apply these steps one by one:
1.       First change new lcd an then check light
2.       If no solution then we have to use hardware technique as step 3
3.       Open mobile PCB and check line continuity from LCD connector second point to display transistor IC as shown with yellow line in image below. If line missing there then apply jumper shown below:



4.       After this check line from first point of LCD connector to resistance as shown in image with red line and if line missing there then apply jumper as shown in image in red line. 

After applying both jumpers we will see proper display light on LCD without any problem.
  
Conclusion:
During new LCD change process we should use new and original LCD because local LCD can cause bad result in light.

BlackBerry bold 9000 volume key problem

Fault description:
Blackberry bold 9000 sometime had a strange problem that both side volume key don’t work. So due to this we can’t increase or decrease sound in music and during call. This problem occurs due to problem in side switch or sometime in keypad resistance.

Fault solution:
For quick and proper solution for this error we have to follow all these steps carefully:
1.       First we should change both side volume key and check for solution
2.       After that check that weather appropriate voltage are appearing on volume key point. If voltage missing there then go to step 3
3.       Now we have to check line continuity from volume key point to some resistance point as shown in image below:



4.       First we should test that first point of volume key should be grounded as shown with black mark
5.       Then check second point continuity to key resistance as shown with sky blue mark in above image
6.       Check third point line continuity to a metal type point as shown with green mark
7.       Finally check last and fourth point line track to other resistance as shown in image with red line.

So if during any of these line track testing we found line missing then apply jumper there carefully our problem will solved.
  
Conclusion:
During these jumpers setting we should care that all jumper should be placed separately and they should not have any connection or touching otherwise we will get internally shorting in circuit board.
