IPhone 3g ringer not responding

Fault description:

In IPhone sometime ringer (buzzer) starts not responding so we can’t hear music and ringtone sound this problem mainly occurs due to damaged ringer but some time due to internally line missing on ringer track from ringer IC

Fault solution:

For this problem solution we have to first check that weather sound profile is set to normal mode then try following methods:

1.       First try to do factory setting and check sound

2.       Secondly change the ringer and check sound

3.       If no sound then check that weather incoming voltage is appearing on ringer connecting point if voltage missing there then apply following tricks

4.       First remove six leg ringer IC as shown in red mark in image below

5.       After removing IC apply following jumper from IC point to two resistances as shown in image below with red and yellow lines.

After all done we will hear sound from ringer properly.

Conclusion:

During IC removing process special care should be taken because rest of ICs and other component are very closer to it.

IPhone 3gs batter drained shows full

Fault description:

Apple iPhone 3gs sometime got battery problem it drains battery quickly within some hours while battery shows full indication in such case we have to use charger many times.

Fault solution:

For solving this problem we have to consider these steps carefully because iPhones hardware section is very difficult to handle. So follow these strep carefully:

1.       First try to change data cable and charger then check battery backup

2.       Then try to reset mobile using setting then check problem

3.       If still no luck then use next hardware tricks

4.       In mobile we have two charging capacitors those work is to control charging function some time they had internal shorting so due to that we get false charging so remove two charging capacitor as shown in yellow mark in image

5.       Then apply jumper from that point to direct battery point then problem will solve.

6.       After all done we will get proper charging and battery backup but there is one disadvantage of this jumper that we cannot see charging process during process.

After applying this solution take care about charging time that we should not exceed more than 2 hour because over charging can damage battery.

1. Here we have a five pin charging connector in the BlackBerry mobile 8320, so first check all track continuity from those points to all resistance and ground points as shown in the image:

2. Check that the first pin point is connected to ground earth as shown in the red line.

3. Check that the second point is connected to the upper point of the charging transistor as shown in the blue line.

4. Check that the third point is connected to the vcc point on the PCB as shown in the green line.

5. Check that the fourth point is connected to the VBat point on the PCB as shown in the yellow track.

6. Finally check that the last point is connected to the positive on the PCB as shown in the pink line.

7. After checking all the points, if the voltage is missing on any point track, then apply the jumper as shown in the above image.

Conclusion:

While checking all the lines we should properly check all charging points carefully because wrong or bad soldering may damage the charge circuit. Soldering is more than just melting two points together. It has to be done a certain way so as not to interfere with the operation of the charger or even cause some serious harm to the charge circuit.

For a quick solution of the BlackBerry 8310 buzzer problem we have to apply the following tips:1. First check that on the profile normal or loud has been activated because sometimes we activate the silent profile so no sound will come from the ringer.

2. After this try to replace the ringer with a new one and check the sound from the ringer.

3. If that is not the solution then check the line continuity on the ringer connector point on PCB.

4. If no current appears there on both points, then apply the following jumper from the ringer connector point to both resistances as shown in the red line 1 & 2 shown in the image below:

5. If you still have no luck then we have to rebel or change the main CPU IC because the sound IC is built into the CPU.

Conclusion:

Before applying the jumper we should first check if the track continuity is correct on the ringer point.

So to solve this problem follow all these steps:
A. First open the camera and check the camera setting and check in the camera setting that the camera flash is set to the on or automatic option.

B. Now check the camera flash. If that is not the solution then try the hardware solution.

C. First check whether the camera flash is properly connected to the PCB.

D. Now check the track line between two resistances and use the jumper setting from the resistance shown with the pink line as shown in the image below:

E. Now check the camera flash. If this is not the solution then change the camera flash IC shown within pink mark and then the camera flash will work properly.

During the jumping process special care should be taken because the resistances are very close and an improper setting may damage other things. These machines may seem like they are sturdy, and in many ways they are. Fault description :

The BlackBerry storm 9700 mobile has a camera fault due to a hardware problem. But in some cases it cam be caused by some software error. When we start the camera then it shows the words camera error or the mobile just restart.

Fault solution:

For repairing camera we have to first check software because some time due to setting mismatch camera start to shows error so apply these tricks:

A.      First open camera and select setting then press restore camera setting then mobile will shows restore all camera setting to its default then press yes . Now check camera if no solution then go to step b.

Mobile Memory Full problem in nokia e7

Fault description:

Sometime due to improper use and some virus problem we have mobile memory full problem and when we try to open menu and other things then message appears “general memory full delete some items from phone memory” and when access memory detail it shows full memory in use while we have no any content in memory. 

Fault solution :

There are mainly three major steps for this problem solution so follow these:

 1.       First we should check that there should no content in message inbox folder because when we receive any file through Bluetooth it stores in phone memory so delete all item from inbox.

2.  Try to soft reset mobile for  this go to setting-phone setting-advance setting-restore factory setting now mobile will show this message “you are about to restore all factory setting ” press yes then mobile will ask for security code then enter 12345 this is default code for nokia mobile if you have changed any code then apply those .

After this soft reset check mobile memory if problem not solve then apply third step.

3. Connect hwk box to computer and attach mobile to hwk  and follow these instruction:-

A.      Select BB5 from brand list

B.      Now select nokia e7- rm-626 from model list

C.      Select interface medium F-bus because some time usb doesn’t work

D.      Now press format FS button it will format complete mobile phone memory and all user data so any unwanted things will completely deleted

After all think have been done then disconnect mobile from device and now check memory detail we will get there complete memory unused  as should be in idle condition .

Conclusion :

Before format mobile memory we should backup all our important data like contacts, message, notes etc.  Because after format mobile will be in its idle state as a new mobile.

1. First clean the hands free jack (connector) with acetone and then check hands free.

2. Now check the mobile setting for handset profile. Go to the setting then profile and then select normal profile or handset profile. If the problem is not solved yet, then we should apply the hardware solution.

3. Open the mobile PCB and first change the hands free connector (jack) and check the problem.

4. If the problem is still there then apply the following jumper from 4 resistance near the hands free flex connector.

And one resistance above the flexes connector as shown in the image below:

During the hands free jumping process take care about the nearer components that they should not be shorted, otherwise many new problems can appear.

Samsung C3303 always shows automatic charging indicatio

Fault description:

Samsung C3303 mobile some time shows automatic charging indication on screen every time. Due to this we can’t charge mobile and battery just drains after few hours. This problem mainly occurs due to shorting in charging filter.

Fault solution:

For quick solution of this problem we have to use following solution:-

1.       In some cases due to batteries internally circuitry problem creates this situation that mobile shows auto charging so first we should change battery and check result.

2.       During charging process current flows from charging pin to charging connector and from connector it went to charging filter and finally from  these charging filter current goes to charging IC and mobile get properly charging but in some cases because of improper frequency of voltage and current these charging filter got internally shorting and due to shorting mobile shows auto charging so for solve this problem we have to remove all three charging filter one by one . 

3.       So first remove one charging filter from heat gun carefully. These filters are shown in image below in red mark and after it if problem not solve then remove all remaining both filter.

After all three step procedure mobile will shows normal charging process when we need.

Conclusion:

During charging filter removing process take special care because extra or deep heat can damage internally mobile tracks so be careful.

Sony Ericsson c702 mic not working solution

Fault description:

In sony ericsson c702 mobile some time mic does not work so there no voice to caller’s end.

4.       Second check second track continuity from resistance L3100 shown in red mark to mic ‘s negative point if continuity missing there then apply jumper as shown with red line.

Now after all above tips and jumper setting mic will work properly without any problem.

 Jumper setting is last solution for mic problem.  Because in Sony ericsson new generation mobile mic IC is inbuilt in CPU IC which is not changeable because it is shielded.

We have to flash mobile with latest version to repair mobile.  We can do it via many flasher box like ufs box,mxkey,best dongle,mt box , here we take mx box as example

For full flash mobile follow these steps:

 A.      First reset mobile using these code  “ *#7780# ” when we put this code then mobile will ask for security code then press 12345 these are default code then mobile  will automatically restarts and check that weather problem solve or not if no then apply second step . 

B. In this step we have to full flash mobile before this check that which version of software mobile have for this we have to enter  *#0000# then mobile will show its current software version now we have to upgrade this version for this apply following steps:

1.       Connect mx box to computer and insert mobile via fbus cale into mx box.

2.       Select appropriate mobile brand like nokia service tool here

3.       Select exact mobile model no. from model  list

4.       Select latest flash file version from market row icon

5.       Now press BUS check then mobile will show all basic info here

6.       Press flash button then mx box will flash mobile completely it will take approx. 7 minutes after full flashing it will show complete done .

Now our problem will solve.

Samsung champ 3303 network can't make or receive calls solution

Fault description:

Samsung cham 3303k have network fault. In such condition we get no service message on screen or just few network indication bars on screen. So we can’t make any call or receive any call.

Fault solution:

For repairing network problem we have to proceed with these tricks step by step: 

1.       First manually search network in setting option if we found there desired network provider then register that provider else apply next step.

2.      Try to hard reset mobile using these code  “  *27678*2878# ”  then mobile will display this ,message on the screen “E2P custom reset mobile will take few minutes do not power off mobile” . Now check the network if still no luck then use hardware tricks described below

3.      Open mobile pcb and first clean full pcb with acetone and dry mobile completely 

4.      If no solution yet then first remove PFO (power frequency oscillator) and apply following jumper and connect three points together according to network frequency we need. Here we use frequency of 850/900 MHz.

Unlock nokia n96 mobile

Fault description:

Country lock means that mobile just operates in predefined country frequency (like 850 mhz, 900mhz, 1800hz,2100 mhz etc. )Or network if we take mobile in different region or different country then it shows invalid sim card  or  insert correct sim card .

 So we can’t use any sim card in mobile. In this case mobile is called locked by country lock.

  

Fault solution:

This problem can only be solved by software methods using any flasher device that support mobile unlocking of that particular brand.

To solve this problem we have to use following tricks:

A.      First we should flash mobile to that selected country variant according that product code each country have.

B.      All product code flash file available on support area. So download exact country code variant from support area. Product code can be found on back portion of mobile below battery near imei no.

C.      Then open mx box

D.      Connect box and select appropriate brand and correct model no.

E.        Then go to service tab

F.       In service tab select IMEI and security tab

G.        Here select simlock option

H.      First press identify button it will show that which country code has been locked in mobile then select desired country name in lock box and then select any operator that are available in that column and then press warranty unlock

Then unlocks by provider option it will ask for internet connection and after few minute processing we have fully unlocked mobile.

Conclusion: 

For network unlock we have to first determine product code from which phone is locked and country variant for which we have to unlock mobile.
